Espen Tandberg — Founder

Originally from Norway, Espen moved to St. Petersburg, Florida while in middle school, attending Admiral Farragut Military Academy, and has called the Gulf Coast home ever since. His passion for boating and the maritime industry began at an early age through his father, with whom he first entered the passenger vessel business with Florida’s largest casino cruise operation, later expanding into the fast ferry and dinner cruise sector.

Building on that foundation, Espen expanded his work across multiple areas of the maritime industry, developing a strong network and deep operational knowledge over the years. What began as a shared venture with his father has since grown into a multi-division operation with ventures across maritime services, real estate, and strategic investments.

In 2018, Espen brought these ventures together under Land N Sea Investments, which has grown into a family-run operation alongside his wife, two daughters, and son. Today, Espen continues to lead the company with the same entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the water that first inspired him.
